In addition, I offer specialized training and workshops designed for clinical teams, faculty, counseling students, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit organizations. These sessions are grounded in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and social justice framework, with a focus on critical topics such as crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and critical incident postvention.
All training and supervision services are available virtually, with in-person options offered when preferred. Contact us for more details.

Therapeutic Approaches
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals manage emotions, relationships, and distress. It combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness and focuses on four key skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It focuses on developing healthier coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. CBT is goal-oriented, structured, and effective for a wide range of mental health conditions.
-
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) helps individuals process and reframe traumatic experiences by identifying and challenging unhelpful beliefs. It is highly effective for PTSD and trauma-related disorders, promoting recovery through structured cognitive techniques.
-
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that helps individuals process distressing memories through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation. It reduces emotional distress by reprocessing traumatic experiences, allowing for healthier adaptive beliefs.
